At approximately 13:30 Hours Companies 4,5,1 and Command 32 were alerted for the residential structure fire in the 200 block of Rush Valley Road. Engine 41, with a crew of 6, arrived immediately behind Deputy Chief Rowntree to find light smoke coming from the second division of the residence. Upon intiial investigation, crews found a fire in a rear bedroom on the second level. E41 and Truck 5 crews went to work performing searches and extinguishing the fire. Within minutes the fire was out and crews checked for extension and ventilated. The assignment was then held to E41 and the Deputy Chief to assist investigators.
