Shortly after 0500 on Saturday morning crews were alerted to the 1200 block of James street for a residential structure fire in District 1. T4 arrived shortly after E12 and Quint 1 and immediately went to work with fire showing from a rear window. T4 crews began outside vent work and forcible entry as the Engine crews played out their handlines. After forcing entry at the garage level Truck crews acsended the stairs and began their primary searches which turned up negative. Company 1 Engine crews made a quick knock on three involved rooms and the Truck and Engine crews opened up checking for extension. Medic 49 transported two residents to our local hospital for evaluation. Truck 4 returned to service just prior to 0600. Company 1 remained on-scene to assist investigators.
